To healthily administer self help in regards to depression and crazy, make sure that you establish a daily schedule and stick to it. This is important because it removes any stress that is caused by uncertainty in your life. Having a schedule will help to put your overall life in order.

A midlife crisis seemed like a logical answer at first until he began to become forgetful. I assumed he was too busy at work and simply overburdened with other things. We agreed I would take care of the monthly bills and so forth. Things were fine for a short while until he began to forget that I was in charge of the money.

Send the children away for the weekend and you’ll be having sex in different rooms of the house, different beds, or in the back yard under the moon light.

This is the point that many people get wrong. They ask, “If my loved one knew they hurt me, why wouldn’t they apologize?” Because they haven’t rebalanced yet or they don’t know what to say.

You can’t just do one magic spell or prayer and suddenly everything is sweetness and light. You need to re-program your brain into seeing the world as it is and not as you fear it to be. The medicine can greatly help you calm down and alleviate your physical symptoms which can aggravate your faulty thought process.
